Design And Implementation Of City North Power Company Technical Regulation Management System

In this thesis the software functional analysis, design, implementation and tests of Shanghai North Power Company's technical regulation management system is presented. Technical regulation management is the important activity to guarantee the electrical enterprise's standard and formalized operations based on which this thesis discusses this information system's internal construction and development.In consistence with the enterprise's concrete demands in its technical regulation management, this thesis discusses the system's required functions with emphasis on the technical regulation fundamental information management functions, technical regulation planning information management functions, technical regulation procedural information management functions and technical regulation information evaluation management functions. On basis of requirement analysis the software design scheme is discussed where the software architecture is divided into multiple layers in principle from the basic information data samples to high level views and from basic business units to transactional workflows. The layers are those of data management, technical regulation workflow management, plan management and information analysis and evaluation. Each layer is discussed in detail about its design framework, object model, processing workflow and the related database design scheme. On basis of software design it is programmed with Java and Oracle storage routines which code segments and running examples are briefly presented.The development of Shanghai North Power Company's technical regulation management system well satisfies the enterprise's business demands and its expected development objectives. In particular an integrated management of the technical regulation planning and its execution is realized with the aid of this information system to make the impacts cover the whole aspects of this company's production procedures, significantly raising its management ability in evaluating the equipments' status and timely discovering and the eliminating the potential failures in operations.
