With the constant deepening of various reforms of China’s colleges, newrequirements and new targets in respect of the reform of China’s college fixed-assetmanagement system arise. Specific to the problems existing in the fixed-assetsmanagement process in the past, it puts forward new solutions.In recent years, the constant developing of new barcode technique and mobilenetwork technique has brought the fixed-assets management of colleges with newtechnical approaches and reform direction. At present, in respect of the fixed-assetsmanagement work, some colleges gradually transit from manual management toinformation-oriented management; some expand from C/S mode to B/S mode.Meanwhile, the emergence of new techniques has brought the scientific-oriented,standardized and efficient-oriented reform of fixed-assets management of collegeswith new opportunities and challenges.The fixed-assets management system studied in the paper is based onbrowser/server mode, and adopts the group frame of struts2+spring+hibernate3.During the encoding process, it uses the third-party open-source rapid applicationdevelopment (RAD) tools such as MyEclipse10, UE, PLSQL, etc. The developmentenvironment utilizes SQL Server as the database system, and adopts the open-sourceprogram Tomcat7of Apache as the middleware service. The Java developmentenvironment is jdk1.6. The combined application of these tools and systems promotesthe development efficiency of the team, and guarantees the code quality. Meanwhile,the paper also elaborates the full life cycle of design and analysis of the fixed-assetsmanagement system of the colleges, including demand analysis, system design,system realization, etc. Meanwhile, it also analyzes the budget management, contractmanagement, warehouse entry inspection, change management, allocationmanagement, asset checking, data report, supplier management, system managementfunction modules in detail, and finally introduces the realization process of thesystem. The paper analyzes and studies the current demands of fixed-assets managementof colleges, and points out the problems existing in the fixed-assets management andinformation systems. Meanwhile, starting from the actual demands of fixed-assetsmanagement of colleges, it puts forward that the fixed-assets management of collegesshall take material object management as the basis, and construct the fixed-assetsmanagement information system of colleges with the application of barcode techniqueas the feature. It combines the barcode technique with data collection equipment toconduct rigorous supervision on the full life circle of the physical assets. Meanwhile,it combines the data interface function with account checking function of financialsoftware to rigorously monitor the asset alteration amount of the financial software, soas to realize the one-to-one correspondence of “accountâ€,“card†and “materialâ€, andachieve the final goal of asset management. |
