Design And Realization Of Fixed Asset Information Management System In An Enterprise

With the rapid development of Internet,the development of enterprises is driven by science and technology.For enterprises,the implementation of a series of business processes,such as procurement,calling and scrapping of information technology assets,is inevitable.At present,with the rapid development of enterprises,the management mode of assets is relatively backward,and the current market asset management information system is not adapted to the implementation of assets management at the present stage.Although the function is more perfect,the operation of the software is rather complex and the cost is relatively large.For the actual problems facing this part,this article can effectively reduce the pressure of the staff,reduce the management cost and increase the overall efficiency through the fixed assets management system.For this article,we should focus on the management of the fixed assets of the enterprise.The system chooses a good connection between the Hibernate architecture and the database,while the background is SQL Server 2008.This system mainly uses Java,and adopts a series of technologies such as JSP,J2 EE and JavaScript,and synthesizes the structure of Strus,Spring and so on.Through the R & D software MyEclipse version,the structure of MVC three layers is adopted in this article.This system can not only meet the needs of fixed assets management,but also reduce development costs and increase operational efficiency.This article studies the current situation of asset management,and investigates the realities of asset management analysis both at home and abroad.At the same time,after the in-depth development of the system,the overall needs and related business processes have been deeply studied.From this,the main functions of the three aspects of the enterprise asset management system: user information,fixed assets and system maintenance and management are realized.In the development of fixed assets management,this paper focuses on the design of modular thinking.All modules can not only coordinate the work reasonably,but also achieve low coupling with other functional modules.At the end of the article,the full text is collected.Meanwhile,the problems faced by the system and the places to be optimized are discussed.
