Design And Implementation On Fixed Asset Investmen Plan For Analysis Of Project Management Information System

With the expansion of company, fixed assets investment management is becoming more and more complicated. Fixed assets company design plan analysis system, mainly through the project information management module for project construction and retrofit of the business process data and business management, construction of data. Moreover it obtains corresponding statement and makes decisions according to the technical data. This paper tries to study the background of company, and analyses some works that related to the fixed assets investment plan project management information system.This paper firstly analyses the current domestic and international development and application situation of project management, then according to the ministry's joint investigation with headquarters in solid information system, puts forward the overall design and demand, project information management module and specific requirements. This paper describes the process of design and implementation, which includes requirement analysis, overall design and design of specific module.On the requirement analysis according to the specific requirements of demand planning, the requirements were studied and recorded. Moreover, in this part the overall fixed assets investment analysis system design and project information management module flow chart were completed. The four project verification form was designed which include the functions of modification, adding, deleting and search of IPO and detailed flow chart. The detailed design part provides direction for specific system development according to the following forms, which includes project main purpose, goal advance market development, project, project development plan and annual market construction investment estimation. In the implementation of the project, the project management information of each function module and workflow technology in the application of the company was implemented. Finally according to the actual situation, VPN access was designed for the system safety requirement and network hard disk sharing and upload functions were completed according to requirements of each provincial branch.
