Design And Implementation Of Fixed Asset Management System Based On SaaS Mode

Recent years have witnessed the increasing of enterprises' fixed asset due to the continuous progress development of internet technology,especially in the cloud computing and big data area.It is difficult for enterprise to manage a large amount of fixed assets unless using information technology system.However,the conventional software system has been proven to cost a lot,because for the small and medium enterprises,to deploy a traditional software system is not only needed to pay for the copyright fee but also maintenance and upgrade costs.Therefore,for the purpose of decreasing the cost of using software system,the low cost,no maintenance,low risk software system is particularly critical to the management of fixed assets.In order to decrease the cost of small and medium enterprises,based on the SaaS mode fixed assets management system has been proposed in the thesis.According to the requirement of SaaS mode,firstly,the concept of SaaS and its characteristics of four-maturing model and its three ways of multi-tenant database design have been studied in the thesis.Four-maturing and three multi-tenant database have been compared and selected in this thesis.At the same time,considered the requirement of load balancing of this system for enhancing the performance of SaaS mode,nginx which is one of best ways of achieving load balancing has been applied in our system.Secondly,this thesis summarizes and analyzes the main functions of this system,then designs the whole architecture of the SaaS mode system.And the main business functions of this system including asset registration,asset leasing,asset disposal,system management and so on.For the purpose of building the SaaS mode software system,SSM(Spring MVC,Spring,Mybatis)framework has been introduced in this thesis.This framework is classic technology in the current industry to construct B/S(Browser/Server)architecture on the Web application.Finally,this thesis presents the main implementation of this system and has been proven to have good performance.
