Development Of Alarm Monitoring Assistant Platform For Mobile Communication Network Element

Since the1970s, people started to the application research of wireless networks.With the continuous development of science and technology, the advantage ofwireless communication network is able to develop, and now it has developed to thefourth generation. Mobile communication has been deeply into all walks of thenational life, and almost every person’s life with great influence.China Mobile has the biggest network, and700million mobile users. How toprovide a safe, stable and efficient mobile communication service, became the chiefproblem of China Mobile.In order to ensure the benign development of the company, China Mobile hasestablished the perfect operational support system. Such as BSS, OSS and MSSsystem. Network management support system is a top priority.How to keep the stable operation of network equipment? Network managementsystem played an important role in this respect. Network management, refers to therunning state of network monitoring and control, to make it safe, reliable, effectiveand economic services.After years of development, China Mobile’s network operating support system(OSS) is very rich. But, with the deepening of the maintenance work, the original ofthis kind of integrated network management deficiencies are increasingly apparent.Local maintenance personnel need a new kind of personalized system.In order to solve the Tonghua mobile network’s problems, according to thecharacteristics of the NOKIA DX200type softswitch, I developed a MobileCommunication Network Element Alarm Monitoring Assistant Platform.Firstly, this paper analyzes the topic research background, research status, anddiscusses the importance of network management system. Secondly, I introduced theTonghua mobile core network operation, maintenance and reality in the face ofdifficulties.Thirdly, this paper introduced mobile communication network technology, softswitching technology, NOKIA DX200type softswitch and Delphi software.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is the focus of this paper, respectivelyfrom two aspects of programming implementation and application platform in detailin this paper, mainly introduces the application and promotion platform. Finally, in the sixth chapter, this paper has carried on the comprehensivesummary and outlook.Successful development and application of the platform, effectively strengthenthe local maintenance work, improve the quality of the network operation,contributing to the company development.
