The number of users has also been rapid development, along with the rapid development of mobile communication services, the rapid expansion of network coverage. Soft-switch network development increasingly mature in a few years, mobile IP bearer network is gradually replacing traditional TDM bearer network, it became bearer 2G/3G voice, GPRS packet domain core high-value business major carriers. Because of the interface and protocol of soft-switch network are very complex and fallible, so this paper studies signaling monitor which base of soft-switch network and proposes scheme of signaling monitor and apply into Wireless mobile communication network to Improve the quality of soft-switch network.Based on the Group’s headquarters signaling monitoring technical specifications, firstly, we studied softs-witch network technology and network protocols, signaling monitoring system, and based on softs-witch technology, and IP surveillance system redundancy protection techniques were analyzed and investigated the current status of signaling monitoring system, and then depth and technical maintenance personnel, lack of equipment in the analysis of the methods and routine maintenance work bottlenecks and other factors, it is made soft-switch signaling monitoring system design, design and complete signaling monitoring analysis of the feasibility and needs.
