Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System For A Public Security Department

With the development of computer network technology,office automation technology in the public security department has been widely used.A complete office automation system,can effectively reduce the enterprise office cost,strengthen enterprise internal information flow,improve the working efficiency,enhance the management level.The OA system in this article based on the needs of public security work,used of advanced network technology,design the OA system that combined with the current development needs,provides favorable support and effective protection for internal public security work.First,this article analyzes the significance of OA system design from different angles,expounds the meaning of office automation,the use of technology,the current situation and the future trends.Secondly,according to study OA system architecture and analyze two different structures C/S and B/S,we decide to use B/S three-tier structure;at the same time introduce the OA system development environment and the key technology,carries on the analysis from the development platform,database tools,workflow technology and security and network technology point of view.Then,carries on the analysis according to the demand of a public security department,come out with the needs of the target,the design principle,business requirements,functional requirements and performance requirements.Finally,focus on the design of office automation system,this system uses three-tier system,introduces the design of database tables of the document management and workflow management,focus on the analysis of the specific module,displays modules design make use of the block diagram,timing diagrams,etc;shows the part of the page,completes the design requirements of the public security organs OA system.The office automation system designed in the article has been put into use.It provides favorable support and effective protection for internal public security work.Through the use of this system we find that there is still room for improvement.Next,I will improve the system modify gradually,to make the office automation system provide better service for the public security.
