Design And Implementation Of Web Office Automation For Small And Medium Businesses

With rapid development of Internet technology and information technology, the officeautomation system plays a very important role in daily administrative management inenterprises. The system of office automation can be collaborative operation of eachdepartment in the enterprise and the daily work, which can optimize the resources andintegrate the enterprise interior to the maximum extent, as a result, the enterprise efficiencyand profit rate are effectively improved. According to the characteristics of small andmedium-sized enterprise office, the paper carried out the design and implementation of WEBoriented office automation system in small and medium sized enterprises.This article studies the background of small and medium enterprises of WEB officeautomation system, the development status at home and abroad, the office automation systemto carry on the discussion, pointed out that the face of office automation system in smallbusiness issues. Through the design target, development principle function module andsystem architecture of the small and medium-sized enterprise office automation system, thepaper discripts in detail exposition. Finally, this paper used the method of softwaredevelopment process, core business modules of the office automation system of small andmedium-sized enterprises, the interactive interface of the system and the user, the variousfunctional components of the interface and other parts of the detailed design andimplementation.The small and medium-sized enterprise WEB office automation system is designed bythe J2EE technology platform architecture. The paper uses UML to analyze and design thewhole system, which uses the Oracle database management system to deal data andinformation of the bottom of the office automation system. Finally, the main functions offoreground and background server is designed and implemented using JDBC and JSPprogramming technology. The function of WEB office automation system for small andmedium enterprises mainly includes administrative management module and documentmanagement module. The design of small and medium-sized enterprise office system usessharing and exhanging departments information resource for the target, so as to achieve thecentralized office, simplify the procedures of the objective. This paper mainly carries on the design and implementation of office suppliesmanagement module of WEB office automation system for small and medium enterprises.The office supplies management is a fundamental part of administrative management,including the goods category, activities of units, facilities management, products application,approval and activities of information products. After the running of the system, the systemcan breakthrough the limitation of time and space, so that the efficiency of the office to obtainthe effective promotion, but also greatly enhanced the security of enterprise information andthe reliability of the work of enterprises.
