Currently the development of society, businesses regard the service first, thepower companies this year, according to the trend of social development,strengthening of electricity customer service management. In the management ofpower supply enterprise manage customer service occupy an increasingly importantposition. The main goalof this paper is to realize electricity customers management information, using themost popular software development technology and GIS technology to build aGIS-based electricity customer management information system.
