With the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of theinternet of things. Information and Intelligent are promoting the development of all kinds ofindustries, especially in the management of large enterprise. The efficiency and accuracy arevery important for the management of enterprise; the information office is making thetraditional industries historic change. A kind of outstanding management system may improvethe efficiency of enterprise, promote the enthusiasm of staffs, and improve the disadvantageof the enterprise management. While among the management of enterprise, the managementof salary is a very important aspect. On the one hand, it is relative to the efficient operation ofenterprise economy; on the other hand, it is relative to the basic living guarantee of staff. So itis a urgent and realistic topic for us to improve the efficiency and accuracy of themanagement of enterprise.this paper, in the run-up to technical implementation of comprehensive considerationcomposition and characteristics of the system for enterprise employees, analyses thepossibility of using existing technology. On the basis of considering the objective factors, themore mainstream JSP web development technology is adopted to improve the implementation,based on the Windows of the mainstream operating system, database using DB2database.Based on the above technical means and objective analysis of the background, design of themain functions of the system include: personal basic information to the worker’s operationand management of the staff salary information of two parts. While, the part of the basicinformation of worker individual action mainly include: staff management module thatrecord the worker’s basic personal information, such as age, professional title and length ofservice, and so on. The part of staff salary information management, the main function of themodule is to record and note the entry and distribution of enterprise staff’s salary, and so on.Main functions are the record of salary, the modify of salary and the print of salary. On thebasis of realize the basic functions of the system, the technical difficulties that exist in thesystem in the design process are analyzed, through the analysis of technical problems, theholes of the function are improved; At the same time, the function of the system and needs ofthe system are tested, through the analysis of the test results, the overall performance of thesystem are improvedThe characteristics of this system are as following.1. The design principle of the system is in full consideration of the current actualsituation of the companies management, the main factors of salary constitute are analysised, at the same time in the process of database design also give full consideration to the storedmethod, the system has s very good useful value.2. In addition, in view of the system involved in the design of each functional moduleusing the principle of modular design, the unique function for each module are independentdesigned, in this way, the design of the system is convenient, at the same time, the improve ofthe system in late period is convenient, at the same time we can have a clear grasp of thewhole design.
