Low level of testingand assembly as well as low percent of pass greatly needs the improvement ofautomation technology. The most important problem is to ensure the precision ofautomatic detection and assembly,guarantee the accuracy of the test needle wheninserted into the hole, Guarantee the tested PCB and its subordinate without damage.To some extent, It has a theoretical significance and practical value.The target of this design is to realize the automation of PCB testing and assembly,as well as implementation of LTE antenna and relatedcomponent’s automatic feeding,PCB automatic detection, automatic handling, automatic trimming, antenna’sautomatic assembly.This could reduce the production cost, improve the quality of theproducts, and improve production efficiency at the same time.This paper puts forword the scheme of LTE antenna automatic testing andassembling, and the structure design of LTE automatic testing and assembly device indetail Including PCB automatic detection system, PCB automatic transportationsystem, LTE antenna automatic assembly system with solidworks software, accordingto the device’s performance requirements. Furthermore,this article makes calculationof critical components like Ball screw, CAM divider, and cylinder motor, etc.Besides, This paper has also made design of automatic detection institutions’sneedle structure, making needles contact with pinhole to analyze the structure ofneedle according to the result of analysis in abaqus software.three sets of designscheme was proposed, this paper chose a better solution as the final plan, anddetermined the feasibility of the design. Finally this chapter finished the machine’sassembly and debugging, the machine was able to balance the automatic feeding,manipulator handling and automatic detection, as well as realized operation stable,safe and effective.Finally,according to LTE antenna’s specific requirements of the automaticdetection and assembly, the control part of the device also has been carried on in thispaper.a combination of motion control card and industrial computer control mode is used to write the program.this ensure the safe, stable and efficient running of thewhole system.This equipment can be widely used in the communications industry, mainly forPCB automatic detection and automatic assembly of LTE antenna.it has a certainreference significance for production line, it plays a promoting role for the automationprocess of the communication industry,it also has great reference value. |
