| The charging management, which can make up the shortage of school operation funds,ease the tension of funds supply and demands, also can promote the all-round developmentof the higher education institution, is one of the critical accounting affairs at highereducation institutions. With the development of Xinjiang Normal University, the enrollmentof students has been expanded, which makes the charging management of the school morecomplex, such as the difference between varied regions, between different sorts ofeducation, for instance, the tuition-free teaching major students, the voluntary students ininternship, and special education as well. The economic development of Xinjiang isrelatively backward, what’s more, the investment of local government cannot meet thedemand of real needs. Therefore, the school leadership attaches great significance to thecharging management affairs. It facilitates the sophisticated and deeper development ofcharging management system.The construction of computer technology and informatization enhances the efficiencyof management affairs. Although the current information management has been improvedto the B/S structure from the C/S structure, however, the C/S one boasts its own advantages,which is more suitable for the students charging management system. As a result, C/Smodel is more frequently applied in charging system at higher institutions.This essay places the focus on the current condition of students charging system atXinjiang Normal University, pointing to the existed problems. From the prospect of realneeds, I drew from the model of advanced large-scale information management systemand designed the students charging system based on the C/S structure.The project is based on the actual demands of students charging system at XinjiangNormal University, integrated with the accounting process, and systematic functionalstructure. It employs the tools of MS-office visio for UML under the environment ofMS-VisualStudio2008with the database of SQL Server2005. |
