| Compared to the past, the charge work is harder and the work intensity is higher in finance section. Firstly, with the national education system reformed, all universities have recruited students according to the unity principle, the schooling scale has been increasingly larger year by year and the quantity of students at school has been raised by multiples. Besides the regular works, the finance section has to do more charge work. Secondly, the institution of choosing courses freely and the major transmission of students have made the charge work of finance section more complicated. Thirdly, besides the tuition fee and the accommodation fee must be charged by the rule of nation, the items and the standard of charges vary from the individual university, such as the cash pledge, board expenses, information fee, etc.. At the same time, these fees charged must be agreed by the students. All these have made the work more difficult and complicated. Facing this situation, the finance section has to do more work to manage well these finances for a better efficiency. The advanced web management has to be adopted in order to improve the efficiency and to lower the intensity of work.This dissertation aims at how to realize the reasonable disposition of educational resources and to provide a good stage for the finance management and all the staff and students. This dissertation discusses the design and completion of charge management system in university with web. The B/S soft structure system is formed on the base of campus web as a tool with a stage of ASP NET and SQL Server and with a mix pattern of C/S and B/S which is systemized and regulated. This paper focuses on the completion of charge management system of students, illuminates the information about the system and the charge, analyzes in detail the technological process, function description, data dictionary, and designs in detail the model completion, interface design etc. At the last the conclusion is made. |
