So the development of related software has become the main purpose of this subject.Student Information Management System is a synthesis management system developed by advanced design methods and technologies. It is established in the real student management work of Shandong Xiehe University and it involves every stages of the student management work for different kind of users. The system is used to solve a series of realistic problems effectively such as data redundancy, resources waste, the imperfect surveillance mechanism. It improved management efficiency of the college students with quality.The system is used object-oriented methods and Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, mixed-architecture of B/S and C/S, The whole system used multilayered J2EE-Archetecture and the Window Server 2003+IIS6.0+Java Framework as the development platform, SQL Server 2005 as back-end database. The Java front-end was developed in JDK+MyEclipse+Tomcat. The main function modules such as connection management, comprehensive management, rewards and punishments management, and financial assistance management will be realized through this system. A number of different sub modules, which are contained in each module inside, are used to perform different functions.This article first introduced the background of the system development and the current school students in the management and development, provides an overview of the system needs to solve the problem and simply describes the systems adopted by the chief technology, the main work and development. The system needs analysis adopted in case of drawings, diagrams, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent the context of system user demand for architectural design, The main part of the first set up a system of structure, deployment architecture, logical structure and functions; And in detailed design of the relationship between the classes map to indicate the system of static structure, use diagrams to represent the structure and dynamic interface design and the database design with a description of the system.
