Students In Secondary Vocational Institutions Charging Management System Design And Implementation

In recent years, the vocational education gain to being boom and having a larger progress because of support from educational administrative department. Most of school make use of differ types to enhance scale of school for example joint, chain and group and so on. While it brings some problem to education of secondary vocation how to improve school conditions, enhance the capacity of students.The finance department of school not only dealing with the daily accounts and accounting, but also managing it the student fee. It brings any difficult and more workload to manage student fee, because the scale of school had expanded size; increasing double of students; series of standard and named fee and disperse times for fee. The original manual management has not meet the current management needs, so it need to make use of advanced network technology to improve charging means, increasing efficiency and reducing labor intensity.In content, we make use of Asp.net and AQL server as development platform while combined with our school condition by mix mode of C/S and B/S. At last, we built "student charge management system based on web-secondary vocational college" which will provide an excellent information platform for student and teachers and realize the educational resources. In paper, we describes the charge management system of secondary vocational school while involves in the technical knowledge and professional knowledge. Then we analyzed the system from business process, functional description, data dictionary. And the system designer from module and interface design. At last, we summarized the paper.
