In the great setting of the construction of the second-generation payment systemby the People’s Bank of China, a country builds the bank’s second-generationpayment system function with the help of policy bank supported by its integratedbusiness system, and completes the overall reforming and upgrading of businesssystems and the accurate docking with the second-generation payment system ofPeople’s Bank. The content in this paper is the technical basis and functional securityof the project’s follow-up business function upgrading as the significant role in theDirect Connect reconstruction project of second-generation payment system andintegrated business system.The paper offers an overview of the overall structure and technical characteristicsof the policy bank integrated business system, which introduces how to design andrealize the function of the second-generation payment system interface on the basis ofthe existed system function of the integrated business system, then achieves thepurpose of mutual communication between the two systems. In the process oftechnical design, the system interface adopts the common technical of the popularmiddleware platform in TUXEDO and WEBLOGIC these two banking mainstream,and elaborates the logical relationships between different data formats. Meanwhile, itdesigns and offers system-level functional requirements program, completes thesystem interface function module using C language and JAVA language, and designsthe features of the program calls between different systems as well.Through the overall planning and designing of the second-generating paymentsystem interface structure, the project completes the information transformationbetween different underlying formats such as XML, JSON, FML32and so on, andestablishes the configuration call mode of packet format and function mode processing. Apart from this, the project also strengthens the abnormal assurancemechanisms of packet processing logic, and builds a data channel connecting thePeople’s Bank second-generation payment system packet processing data andintegrated business system underlying processing, which lays the solid and effectivetechnical foundation of the function reforming in the following business progress.The accomplishment of the second-generation payment interface manifests thesuccessful core connection in the bank’s second-generation payment and integratedbusiness system direct reforming project, which strongly supports the alignment testand practice test between the Business bank and People’s bank. At the same time, theinnovative ideas and technological means adopted during the process ofsecond-generation payment interface’s program designing enlarge frame structure anddesign ideas of the existed integrated business system, which play an important andactive part in enhancing the competitiveness of the main business system for the bankand serving the clients better.
