In the period of integration of informatization and industrialization and Industry 4.0, the industrial production in the field makes the requirements of equipment management and control becomes higher and higher. It use powerful embedded devices, next-generation converged communications network technology, networking technology and Big Data technologies, to create a new factory production model- the wisdom of the factory. With the emergence of new types of sensors, controllers, intelligent terminals and other equipment, the configuration software is increasingly important. In particular, with the integration of high-performance embedded systems, we can examine a variety of information and real-time status of the site quickly.With the advent of the rapid development of the Internet and mobile operating systems, intelligent terminals have different mobile operating systems such as Android, IOS systems. The development of configuration software must be taken into account different operating system device that can access the system,so the network configuration software should have WEB Control function, which allows more devices to access the system and keep track of scene data and real-time information. It can greatly improve the efficiency of managers.This paper gives the approach of the development of configuration software based on QT and its basic functions, through a lot of researches about the status of configuration software and the development of wisdom factories. Firstly we choose QT as design of system development tools because of embedded systems. We use QT to design the architecture of configuration software and its modules. It divided into two systems: development system and operation system. In the graphic text generation module, it mainly divide into different sub-modules according to the entities elements, including the add, save, modify of graphics and text. These are about operating and controlling entities. It use the GraphicsView QT framework and software design patterns- the factory model as a framework for software design. Then it gives the study of function of real-time database and historical database, especially real-time database. Real-time database must make different configuration interface to share data by sharing memory.Real-time database data structure is divided into two major categories of memory, and IO. Finally this paper makes a detailed analysis of WEB principle, and achieves a function of the access of Web by creating SVG vector graphics file. This paper focuses on the design and development of graphical text generation module, real-time database and WEB publication.In this paper, I also have my unique parts, including the use of QT as a development tool, with cross-platform. Design elements of rights-protected class, whick divide into different privileges according to the key entities.It makes device management more standardized. Using Partial refresh called AJAX technology to achieve flicker-free refresh configuration of WEB page by AJAX.js.This paper basically gives the basic design of network monitoring and controlling module configuration software and achieves the desired requirements.
