The Intelligent Hospital Management Information System Based On The Medical Evidence

In recent years, medical negligence has occurred frequently in China, while it is hard to estimate the liability identification, which leads to a series of medical disputes. To simplify the procedure, modern science and technology is applied to realize management of liability operation and it also provides a sound basis for medical disputes. MIS is mainly used in modern hospital management system, mainly including the establishment and maintenance of backend database and the exploitation of frontend application. The former requires coherence, integrity and security of data; the latter demands improvement of program function, concise interface and operation in an easy and fast way.Analysis and argument have been carried out for many times in our experiment. Utilizing Microsoft Visual Basic6.0and kinds of object-oriented development tools, we have established data window, quoted database object intelligently and set up a whole manipulation interface prototype. Moreover, logical application has been tested repeatedly. According to users’needs, code rewriting, statement transformation and progress amendment have been conducted constantly. Finally, a whole feasible system interface is completed.Functions of the system mainly include the following aspects, that is, system user’s management, hospitalizing outpatient services, data updating in hospital, maintenance of physician personnel information, cases of resource sharing and service systems like fees collection, printing and filing.
