| As the global supply chain is undergoing changes,warehouses are facing tremendous pressure and need to efficiently solve the growing problem of "supply and demand" within a specified time and at a specified cost.The focus of the warehousing system has undergone major changes in the past three decades as the business and technological environment has changed.The warehouse has transformed from a traditional storage room to an intelligent warehouse with a higher degree of automation and integration.In the management process of modern enterprises,it is increasingly necessary to analyze the storage system from the aspects of planning,design,operation,policy and technological innovation.First of all,I learned about the intelligent upgrading of warehouse management systems and smart warehouse management technologies at home and abroad,and defined the concepts of value flow,PFMEA,and path analysis.Based on the analysis of lean management theory,inventory management theory and value flow theory,the PFMEA method is used to conduct an in-depth analysis of SDDQ's inventory management status,failure process and existing problems.Then use the value flow analysis method to analyze the PDDQ company in the two dimensions of information flow and material flow,and finally combine the lean management theory to design the PDDQ company's intelligent warehouse management system optimization plan,and apply the plan to the actual management process.Based on the status quo of SDDQ company's warehouse management,this paper introduces a set of intelligent warehouse management system.By realizing the coordinated control of hardware equipment such as automated three-dimensional warehouses and software facilities such as WMS integrated systems,automated deployment with the help of AGV trolleys,the entire system has realized the perfect combination of integrated management system,intelligent technology and SDDQ management mode,realizing SDDQ company warehousing Automation and intelligence of the management process. |
