The State Statistical Bureau statistics show that China has entered the "old type" society. The current medical model can not meet the increasing demand of chronic patient groups. At present,diabetes is so common,but our medical resources is shortage. In order to improvement of the existing treatment system, the thesis researches the intelligent diabetes medical platform.This thesis discusses the design and the realization process of sugar disease intelligent medical platform. Firstly, the thesis carried out the business process of examination management system and analyzes original business, then the thesis analyzes the function requirement and data requirement based on the actual needs of diabetes intelligent medical work, which uses Android, SOA service architecture, WebService and the UML modeling technique. The thesis designs the system structure, system architecture, network topology structure, interface design and database, mainly is implement the design, the key data table design, and describe the relationships between tables, finally has carried on the system comprehensive test.The implementation of this terminal system will accumulate a large amount of glycemic control in patients with hospital data, provide the original and valuable diagnostic information for our future diabetes treatment.
