As social economy in our country develops fast in recent years, beautiful spring stands in the front of the development of tourism. While fast developing information technology promotes tourism’s development in advance. Tourism management information system applies information technology to tourism spaciously. So it can help to meet demands from tourism managers and tourists at extend, improve the managing and service level of tourism and implant new vigor to tourism’s development. Tourism industry is an industry whose space is high related with each other. GIS technology is applied to delivering, dealing with tourism space information and plays an important role of software platform in the exploit of tourism management information system. But major tourism management system only has simple form at present. The delivery of information is less intuitive and vivid. Spatial data updates slow and lack attribute of present trend.For the problems that exists in traditional tourism management information system, this passage studied data acquisition and system develop way of management system in Lugu Lake scenic area, discussed relevant function in terms of displaying real image map in the system and established relevant experiment system by advanced mobile measurement technology on the car and True Map. Main study content and achievements of the thesis are as follows:(1)We have made thorough comparison and analysis of acquisition way by means of traditional tourism management information system, provided relevant dealing ways for deficiencies that exists in the data acquisition and completed spatial data’s collection and processing with advanced mobile measurement technology.(2) Because MMS is an emerging technology and is in the stage of transformation and application, the utilization of the system is not high. data quality is uneven and a set of process in acquisition of external data and handle of internal data is not formed. So this passage systematically analyzed data acquisition environment, management style, organization structure and data types of vehicle-borne LD2000RH type MMS. summarized external data’s acquisition process and attentions of LD2000RH type MMS with combination of practice experience, summarize internal data’s dealing process and ways. In addition, it provided ways of data quality’s control in the process of data acquisition of vehicle-borne LD2000RH type MMS.(3) Carry out analysis and discussion of traditional tourism management information system. Provide dealing ways with pursuit way of spatial data of the system in regard of deficiency that exists. Implement general design of system and exploit experiment system of management system of Lugu Lake area with technologies such as component technology and space database on the platform of True Map. The design adopted B/S network structure mode based on design intention of the system. Do functional display of real image map in this experiment system.
