Design And Implementation Of District Information Management System Based On ComGIS

Along with the constant development of digital district, the request to the business of district property management has become higher and higher. Construction pattern of the traditional district property management system has been unable to meet the demand, so combines the powerful image processing and data handling capabilities of the geographical information system (GIS) to realize visual management of the district property has become a tendency.Through analyzing the mode of GIS and GIS integration, the thesis analyses the fabric of the management system of built residential estate and designs the management system of residential estate. This system takes the VC++ environment as the integration development platform, through OLE Automation it realized the call of ActiveX control ComGIS-MapObjects, and then realizes the management of system spatial database; SQL Server database is controlled by using the communications interface of ADO, then realizes the management of system attribute database.The system design includes system principle of design, overall structure, module design, database design, and interface design. The module design divides the whole system function as several function modules, and provides the thought for the programming design. According to the property management service flow, system database design solves the connection between spatial database and property database, by using the MVC methods to design the database of property management system. The system interface is designed for supplying clients with friendly and convenient man-machine interactive interface.The system software design and the realization mainly include the structure pattern of software and each kind of software correspondence realization. The system structure pattern is client/server. In system software correspondence refers the correspondence between VC++ and MapObjects, and the correspondence between VC++ and SQL Server.Combine ComGIS and the district property management, thesis designs the property geographic information system separated from the large-scale commercial GIS platform, realizes visual management of the district property well, has provided the good reference value and the practical value regarding the independent development of the GIS property management software.
