Study Of Evaluation On University Mobile Library Service

The advent of digital libraries gave us a lot of convenience, and it also brought an unprecedented impact to traditional library. Mobile communication technology and information technology are developing better and better,especially the rise of mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet computer and other mobile devices,library users prefer to get the advantages of digital libraries through lightweight and portable mobile devices. For university users, they prefer to get a kind of library service that wherever and whenever you are,you can get a large quantity of library resources.And the university mobile library come into being.Mobile library refers to that to provide users with personalized library service using mobile Internet technology and mobile devices in the background of information age. Mobile library is not limited by time and space,and as long as there are networks and devices can be implemented in any library location and enjoy the same service in library.In short, mobile library are the combination of mobile communication technology and digital library services.With the booming of mobile library,many colleges and universities have begun to build mobile library and explore to provide users with mobile services. However, not all the university mobile libraries have a good job on mobile library services, some universities develop the service according to their own ideas, and they lack of unified mobile library service quality evaluation criteria. Since the aim of developing mobile libraries is servicing users, so universities must pay full attention to the quality of service to users.Froming the user point of view take an important part of the mobile library university evaluation system.Based on the ten universities of Anhui province’ mobile library conducted a questionnaire survey, statistical questionnaire data, the use of AHP, this paper created a mobile library service applies to university evaluation system. On the one hand the evaluation system is based on the users’ experience,on the other hand the paper analysis the mobile librarise’service level of ten universities. The auther hope that these data provide good direction to improve university mobile library, the user can provide a more real experience.This article describes the development of the worldwide mobile library and the evaluation system of university mobile library.And discusses current services of mobile library. This article using AHP method to study the ten university mobile libraries of Anhui province.Based on the conclusion of all the datas,the author find the problem of mobile university mobile Library.This paper contains six parts, the first part of the article introduces the background and significance of university mobile library,and also put forward the concept of digital libraries, and also discusses the research methods and case studies at home and abroad and the ideas and innovation in this article.The second part is theory, firstly, takes out the concept of mobile libraries, and then introduces the development of domestic and foreign university mobile libraries.And then the author put out the content and service features and the big importance of colleges and universities mobile library services.The third part discusses the evaluation of university library service moving principle, building evaluation methods, evaluation, and the entire evaluation system.The fourth part is an introduction to the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and value the entire evaluation empowerment.The fifth part uses, analyses the existing problems of the university mobile libraries through a large quantity of data using the analytic hierarchy process, and make suggestions to improve the lever of university mobile libraries’service.The sixth part, the author based on the evaluation results, summarizes the university mobile libraries’ service and makes expectations for the future development of university libraries.
