Research On The Construction Of The Information Service Evaluation System Of Guizhou University Library Based On The Priority Map Method

The quality of information service is one of the important factors to measure the development level of university library.Under the current background,the development of science and technology is changing with each passing day,and more and more new technologies are applied to university libraries.For example,mobile library,electronic resource database,digital library and other new technologies are active in the daily operation of university library,which improves the efficiency of University Library for teachers and students.Therefore,we should also explore how to evaluate scientifically and how to use the new technology to improve the service level of university library.For this reason,there are many evaluation system standards such as Lib QUAL + TM and ISO9000 series standards in the academic circle.This paper mainly makes a comparative analysis on the previous evaluation systems,with the help of authoritative reference books for statistics of university library data,and builds a new evaluation system with the help of the method of precedence chart.This paper takes the information service quality of University Library as the research object,and constructs the evaluation system based on the method of priority sequence diagram.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the research background,significance,research status,innovation,research methods.The second part describes the concept,and analyzes the characteristics of Lib QUAL + TM,ISO9000 series standards and the method of priority sequence diagram in evaluating the information service of university library.The third and fourth part is the core of this paper.The third part points out the principles and sources of the index system.Part of it comes from the related theory of information service evaluation,and part of it comes from the authoritative reference books for statistics of university library data.The primary and secondary indexes of the evaluation index system are determined.The fourth part is mainly on the basis of the evaluation index system constructed in the third part,according to the method of priority sequence diagram,set up the questionnaire,collect and sort out the data,then determine the weight of each index,and construct the information service evaluation system of university library.The fifth part is an empirical study on the evaluation system,which selects three representative University Libraries in Guizhou Province as case studies,carries out a questionnaire survey and tests the results.The sixth part is a summary of the existing problems and improvement methods of the evaluation system.
