The Research Of Intelligent Mobile Phone Video Surveillance System Based On3G Network

With the gradually mature of3G network technology and The rapid development of4G networks, as well as the image data processing technology and the rapid development of embedded technology, video monitoring system has entered into a more broad era of the third generation of digital network video monitoring. Nowadays, social security situation has become increasingly complex, new public security problems and the high incidence rate of urban crime phenomenon need to speed up the development of wireless video monitoring technology, therefore, the embedded remote video monitoring system based on wireless network has become the main trend in the field of video monitoring development.In this paper, the intelligent mobile phone video surveillance system was designed based on3G network. According to the function, the system is divided into data acquisition module, coding module, transmission module, display module, the main technology used in H.264video compression coding technology,3G mobile communication technology, FFmpeg technology, Android application software development technology.In this paper, the video monitoring system needs to be done on the server and client video playback,specific work process:first set up a development platform, which is based on ARM11S3C6410processor development board and the virtual machine on the computer of Linux system,on this basis, complete the construction of hardware and software development environment, and then set up the cross compile environment of the embedded system and the target board Linux operating system transplantation, through this platform to complete the video capture and encoding, decoding and video server display; and then through the3G module to complete the work of ZTE AD3812wireless video transmission based on TCP/IP protocol, finally, to build the Android application development platform, this platform development a video player, complete video display function.The test shows that the design which based on3G wireless embedded video monitoring system realize the basic function of the video monitoring, and have obvious advantages in power consumption, volume, real-time, mobility and extensibility, which has good application space.
