Comparing with conventional forms of outpatient counseling, the system in the form of the site to avoid a lot of unnecessary trouble, the mental health is also paid attention to.The subject of the current research focus on mental health and actual start, the method according to the concept of software engineering to the reality of people's psychological needs as a reference, and finally the formation of a multi-module mental health evaluation system. The issue has taken on PHP, follow the MVC design pattern laravel framework, database technique, web page development and other related technologies, systems and services to achieve a psychological evaluation.Comparing to psychological counseling, th e present system is free and easy to use, users pay more attention to mental health. Comparing to domestic and psychological testing system which is exiting, the system uses a more diverse development of technology, the use of the most popular laravel framework, a more rational structure design, focus on user experience, users pay more attention to mental health wherein the module line activities, different from the traditional mental health evaluation system, activity in real life can release the pressure, to achieve more effective mental health.
