Design And Implementation Of A Standardized Research Institute Integrated Service Management System

With the rapid development of information technology, especially the in-depth application of computer software, computer network, information construction has become the industry to improve the level of management, to seek survival, the route one must take participate in the market competition.The the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Institute of standardization is a society oriented of public welfare institutions, through the efforts of construction for many years, now has the whole Xinjiang organization code database, object code database and the largest standard literature database and resource database. In order to better management of these resources, to provide efficient and convenient service for the backstage room staff in our hospital, improve the working staff of the Department office efficiency, our institute proposed development "integrated business management system" project based on Delphi framework.The completion of a Delphi framework programming, different application integration in a system, realize multi role management, different character set can enter different application of [10], the different roles in different module permissions are different, so that the operation is convenient, simple, and the following application into the system. The system include:system management, system configuration, financial accounting, bar code film management, code management, organization of administrative law enforcement and standard service module seven, mainly to achieve the interconnection between the existing service system, improve business efficiency, enhance the public service level requirements.
