Research And Analysis Of The Bank's Integrated Business Management System

They have to ensure the accuracy and precision of the statistics on the basis of massive calculations and repetitive statistics,control the risks and keep secret to the information of the customers.Therefore,it is impossible for the bank staff to avoid all the errors as they handle the business.With the marked development of the modern computer technology,it attaches great importance to compile an application system to deal with banking management,which can not only enhance the work efficiency of staff,guarantee the accuracy of statistics,but take stringge of the risks in a control range.This paper introduces the background,current status and the necessity of researc hing the integrated business management system,analyses the bank's original busines s operations and functions in detailed,and finds out the shortcomings.The system is o ptimized and adjusted according to the current actual working conditions(It is mainly described by the flowchart),and then combines the results of business analysis to und erstand the functional requirements.Besides,bank integrated business management sy stem is divided into six major functional modules,namely business management mod ule,customer management module,report management module,institutional manage ment module,supervision and management module and system management module.Particularly,the business processing module includes a deposit service proce ssing module,a loan service processing module,a weight control service processing module,a settlement service processing module,a payment service processing modul e,the customer management module includes individual customer management modu le,unit customer management module,report management module including self-run report management module agent line report management module,report managemen t module includes self-run report management module agent line report management module,institutional management module includes the mechanism of inquiry module,the establishment of institutions,agencies merger and transfer module,institutional activation and deactivation module,operator management module,supervision and ma nagement module includes on-site supervision module,off-site supervision module,as sessment notification module,inspection counseling module.system management module includes basic data management module,role management module and log management,Finally,the database is designed for the system(Including the ER ma p,database table design).Additionally,the article is involved with the summary of the work I have done and outlook to the future development of the work.
