In recent years, the domestic economy has developed rapidly. The demand for talent is increasing in the enterprise, Talent flow more and more frequently, the service items of the talent agency are becoming more and more.Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Management Co., Ltd.,is a personnel services company engaged in temporary staffing business. For this company, the existing management methods have seriously restricted the efficiency of the company’s work. In order to manage the talent information, personnel information and service enterprises and adapt to the new requirements of enterprise development, Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Management Co., Ltd., decides to develop suitable for integrated service management system of the company’s business.The integrated service management system of Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Management Co., Ltd., adopts B/S structure, uses the JAVA language, uses JSP development for front end and uses Struts, Spring, Hibernate framework for development. The system data is stored in the SQL SERVER 2014 database. The requirement of operating system memory is more than 1.3g and the requirement of remaining computer memory is more than 4G. The system can run in IE, Firefox and Google Chrome.The functions implemented by the integrated business management include basic information management, personnel management, dispatch management, enterprise management, system management. Basic information management includes industry classification management, management of customer types, source of information management, form of employment management, payment methods management, leaving reason, dormitory management, invoice management, use of the invoice management, medical hospital management. Personnel management includes personnel registration, maintenance of talents, maintenance of jobs, recommended management, interview management, commission calculation, talent charges. Dispatch management includes medical registration, examination management, contract registration, contract information management, leave management, management of living in the dormitory, sending charges. Enterprise management includes enterprise maintenance, post maintenance, talent recommendation, charges of the enterprise. System management includes the organization management, menu settings, position management, SMS management, query log.The integrated service management system of Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Management Co., Ltd., has an effective integration for a large number of talents, enterprise, and sending information of Shijiazhuang Nord Human Resources Management Co., Ltd.,.
