In order to deepen the standardization of the procuratorial organs in the grassroots procuratorate,strengthen the functions of the procuratorate in extending the tentative role of legal supervision,and promote the strict,standardized,efficient and honest enforcement of the grassroots procuratories,and the need to realize the information management of the grassroots procuratorial affairs,Design,development and application of the Procuratorate at the grassroots level of the Office of the business management system is necessary.Shandong Province procuratorial organs through the application of the system to form a functional role to play as the core,to process control as the key to the statistical query-based information network platform,and continuously improve the grassroots level of the management of the business management of scientific,institutionalized and standardized Level.In the framework of the People's Procuratorate on the main tasks assigned to the grassroots procuratorate,the project takes full account of the actual work situation and needs of the procuratorial organs at the grass-roots level at all levels to carry out systematic planning and construction so that the People's Procuratorate will be standardized in the business process,Further enhance the information construction,for the presence of grass-roots prosecutors room business work to provide a full range of information support means to promote the level of grassroots prosecutors legal supervision and business management tools have been further improved.The procuratorate is located in the business management system of the grassroots procuratorial office.It is a set of information management system which integrates the business functions,auxiliary functions,service functions and management functions of the prosecutors in the prosecutors' offices.The system is divided into grassroots news,organization,business management,information supermarket,business report,statistical analysis,file transfer,system management,inspection through modules.Business management,including:petition handling,criminal prosecution,civil trial supervision,community correction supervision,administrative law enforcement supervision,criminal case co-ordination,job crime prevention,Huimin capital supervision and inspection business and other business applications,mainly card information,Business process and report statistical analysis and other functions.Information supermarket mainly to achieve with the prosecution outside the information sharing,including Huinong funds,the area of social conditions,community correction and other relevant government departments to share data into the system.This project uses Oracle database software as the system backstage database support,B/S three-tier architecture,follow the common Web development specification,choose J2EE development framework,and service-oriented SOA architecture deployment applications.The system is centrally deployed at the provincial level.Provincial,city and county level procuratorate and the presence of grassroots procuratorate staff are logged on through the network provincial hospital server operation,to hierarchical management background maintenance,rights configuration.Network communication using the Procuratorate dedicated network,using HTTP protocol for data transmission.My main task is to complete the system requirements analysis and project management.
