Design And Implementation Of Personnel Department File Management System Based On B/S Structure

With the advancement of economic development and technology, information technology has become an inevitable trend in the development of the whole society, the traditional personnel management mode and thus also starting to change, with the help of information technology for the systematic management of personnel files, has become a an inevitable development. Use of information technology can not only enhance the efficiency of file information retrieval queries, but also enhance the security and confidentiality of the file information. At the same time, but also by reducing the original file to the file number of visits, thus contributing to save the archive file.Firstly, the research status and development background file management system is analyzed, and the key technology file management system developed for analysis, particularly for systems development technology, digital documents, database technology was studied.
