With the impact of globalization and the development of market economy in our country, popular culture is increasingly developing, which hit the elite culture, occupying a certain position in our cultural system. But as the commercial and entertainment of mass culture is stressed that China’s TV media to the way of " the extremely entertainment".On the basis of reading about research results of "the extremely entertainment" in TV media from the scholars at home and abroad, this text from four aspects to analyze "the extremely entertainment" phenomenon in TV media:the homogeneity of programs, news entertainment, content of tabloidization and spoof the popularity. And analyzing the negative influence of "the extremely entertainment" in TV media.From the political system, economy, culture, social psychological and television media itself factors and so on to analyze the reason of" the extremely entertainment" in TV media. At last putting forward the corresponding solution measures from the state and society and television media, that is, from national and social aspects, to build reasonable cultural ecology; from the aspects in TV media, to strengthen the media’s self-discipline to realize the sustainable development of entertainment culture.
