Although with the development of the media technology, the measures of media communication becomes more and more mature and the media culture becomes colorful as well, there are several problems in the media culture. Taking the TV & film media for instance, this article tries to discuss the problem in the media on the basis of Maxims and conclude them as"the 6 phenomena", and they are Extremely entertainment, including Homogenization, Stars, Vulgarity, Childish, Money worship and Kusuo.This article tells the present situation and the characteristics of these"6 phenomena"and analysis the social background in historical stage, technology measures, times , culture background and industrial rules to do research of their reason .The position of the communicators and the audience ,which lead to different views are also important in this phenomena.
