| With the increasing competition in modern society, people's survival and pressure of life is becoming bigger and bigger. In this social context, people need to relax their body and mind, to release the fatigue of the job. As a traditional form of the media, television can provide vivid sound and pictures, it has a strong entertainment function. In order to meet the need of morden people and the ratings, television programs have witnessed a extremely entertainment scene.This text first defines the concept of the extremely ntertainment, and puts an analysis to the expression of the extremely entertainment,and think it includes four aspects: First is the commercialization of entertainment programs; the second is a softening of news programs; the third is the excessive entertainment of entertainment news;Finally I used CCTV Sofres data which shows highly status of the entertainment program. Among them, I collected a lot of materials, with the example of France in China TV entertainment phenomenon .Behind anything,there will te various reasons for its existence. .The television phenomenon of the extremly entertainment is an indisputable fact, then what are the reasons for promoting the formation of extremly entertainment? The author believes that because of the development of the television technology and viewing habits of people, the extremly entertainments formate. In addition, the past few years, the East and theWest adhering to the spread of the audience-based concept, Starting everything consider the audience, resulting the rating is the most important. In the background of the global's entertainment, the extremely entertainment phenomenon on China's TV is much more than before. Dates back to the early years ,extremely entertainment phenomenon development has a reason of the mass culture , in this text, the author use the Frankfurt School's critique as the culture theory ,and on this basic,I do a comprehensive analysis of the extremely entertainment ,and think the extremely entertainment desults aesthetic Single of the audience and irrational appreciation ; giving birth to the audience Masquerade tendencies and weakening the information dissemination functions of television, hightly shows the less responsibility of the TV.
