Design And Implementation Of Guiyang Vocational Colleges Cadres Management Information System

With the rapid progress of informationization process in various fields, it has put forward higher requirements for College informationization construction. As an important branch of the College informationization management, cadres management informationization need to be developmented.In this paper, the author combine with practical work, design and implement a college cadres management information system to satisfy the requirement of their own cadre management, which is based on investigating of the current situation and the demand of Guiyang Vocational College cadre management. This paper’s main work is as follows:1.Analysis the requirements of the Guiyang Vocational College cadre management information system, including the system’s functional requirements, non-functional requirements, safety requirements, etc.2.Design the structure of the system, analysis each software function module, and design the database.3.Implement of each module of the system preliminarily, and has carried on the preliminary safety analysis and system testing.4.The development tool and platform of system is:Unified modeling language (UML) and the C/S framework, using JAVA language for the system implementation; The database of System is Microsoft’s SQL Server2008.The system developed in this paper has been tested, it is proved that this system can basically meet the needs of the Guiyang Vocational College cadre management. It play a important role in the effectiveness and manageability of scientific management.
