Our college’s current cadre management work follows a method that combines manual operation with input into a single computer. This method is not only time-consuming, labor-intensive and often prone to inaccurate information, data loss and is extremely inconvenient for querying information. The result is that a lot of material cannot be shared and has little impact on leaders of all levels, who themselves hardly have accuract control of the department’s personnel information. This kind of traditional manual operation can not adapt to the development of our college. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of cadres’ management, realizing the informatization and scientific management is particularly important for us.In this thesis,the cadre management system as actually used in the Jiangxi police college cadre management, and then discuss and develop a good system for all such tasks. In this article, Jiangxi police college cadre management system utilizes the software engineering theory methodology.This thesis analyzes the cadre management system’s core professional work demand, mainly expounds the department management, user management, cadres basic information management, process of appointment and dismissal of cadres management, evaluation process and the functional requirements of the administrative cadres and teaching cadres ability, giving the corresponding system data model. On the basis of an analysis of the professional work needs, this thesis proposes a suitable system structure design, system module partition and module design for department management, user management, cadres basic information management, process of appointment and dismissal of cadres management, evaluation process and functional requirements of the administrative cadres and teaching cadres ability and gives the system data mechanism. In this thesis, the cadre management system simplifies the cadre management work’s difficulty to the maximum extent, strives for strong practicability, ease of operation, stable operation and it has the excellent practical applicability.This system around the purpose of Jiangxi police college cadre management, the system not only improves the personnel’s work quality of college cadre management, but also achieves the purpose of improving the efficiency, avoids interference by human factors, accomplishes the principle of fairness, justness and openness.
