This chapter mainly described the study object, research targets, and the significance of this paper and discussed the research method.The second chapter described management information system and growing cadres’management information system. Firstly, described the concept, connotation, classification and related design principles of management information system. On the basis of the first part, through reviewing and summarizing the relevant domestic and foreign topics deepen the understanding and knowledge about the information management system of growing cadres of, so as to lay a foundation to design and realize the system.The third chapter is master plan of growing cadres’management information system. This chapter mainly analyzed the business requirement of the system, and gave explanation to the design principle and target, and programed the system structure and the choice of platform, etc.The fourth chapter is system design and implementation. This chapter mainly developed, designed and realized he backend database and front application program of the system, and described the relative function interface in detail.Chapter5is conclusion. This chapter mainly summarized the design and implementation of the system, at the same time evaluated the existing problems in the current system operation, to provide support for the next step upgrade and perfect the system.
