Research And Analysis On The Cadre Management System Of Sanming College

With the development of big data age and the widely usage of computer information technology, computer technology is playing a growing role in every fields of human beings. So far, computer systems are employed in the managements of financial, personnel, and assets, in order to improve efficiency. In my university, the involvement of human operations for divisional cadre has the disadvantage of data lost, input error, query inconvenience and information isolation. It is not able to meet the demand of current managements. Therefore, we need to design a new information system to address this issue.In this thesis, firstly, we present a survey of the management system of divisional cadre in Sanming University including the background, necessary and research status. The main contribution of this thesis is clearly stated. In the analysis of business, the problems of system, institutional framework and original business process are discussed, as well as the improved business process. In the functional analysis, the thesis presents the functional package diagram and sub-functional package diagram by the description and analysis of use case, including the managements of divisional cadre. The managements consists of information, post removal, absence, training, bonuses, deportation and immigration. In the data analysis, the data process of the system is discussed, giving relation diagram of entity class and tables of database. Finally the work of this thesis is summarized, as well as the future work.
