Design And Implementation Of Cadre Management System Based On Web

The workflow technology based on the Web can provides flexible solutions for any management. The government cadre management also aims to be standardized, transparent and efficient. So the artificial management model can't meet the principle of the opening of the government's information. It is necessary to design a cadre management based on Web which make cadres management constantly tend to be standardized, institutionalized and efficient.In this paper, a cadre management system based on Web workflow management mode is designed. The main characteristic is to use workflow management mode with database and web designing based on B/S mode. The main works are as follows. Firstly, analysis the business and establish workflow model. The cadre management includes four parts, information recorded, examine and verify of the cadre director, examine and verify of the minister of organization and approval of the government leader. Design three workflow businesses:the management of cadres'basic information, personnel transfer information and appointed or removed information. Design four roles:clerk and director of division of personnel, minister of ministry of Organization, member of the municipal Party committee. Secondly, with SQL Server 2005, design the file, personnel transfer and the appointed or removed information table. Thirdly, module design including the user menu and input module, workflow module, information query model, function module. The workflow module is the bridge. The function module mainly includes four functions:information to fill out, modify, audit, delete. Fourthly, realization. It mainly includes the implementation of the user menu module, system interface, workflow modules, information input module and information query model. The client interface designing use web design function of the VS 2008 and the programming language is C#. Fifthly, debugging and releasing.The system realizes the government cadre management by the network completely. After testing, the system meets the design requirements. It meets the business needs of the prefecture-level city and provides cadre management department a quick and efficient work pattern.
