Mobile Tourism Information Management System Design And Development Based On Android Mobile Phone Platform

With the rapid development of mobile communication and the Internet technology, mobile phone has become the modern people life indispensable communication and entertainment tool. Android operating system with its open completely and good system portability has quickly become one of the mainstream platform of intelligent mobile phone. While tourism is a new industry with a spirit of enjoyment and leisure recreation, take the high-speed development of information highway, can whenever and wherever possible acquisition has become urgent needs of tourists travel information.The system adopts the client-server model will be the weather forecast, POI database, the Google Maps map data stored on the server, can continue to achieve timely update. In the mobile client using GPS positioning and Google Maps services combined, through the relevant data access to the server, provides users with a variety of tourist information, which is convenient for tourists to travel. In this paper, through the analysis of Android system architecture and application, combining the location-based services GPS and Google based on Maps technology, the database and file storage mode to realize partial caching, in order to reduce the network traffic, represented by the clear and intuitive interface, providing convenience for travel.Specifically, the mobile tourism information management system which this article studies mainly includes three subsystems:(1) Attractions inquiries:the system can provide the query on the location of tourist attractions, identifies the longitude and latitude values on the map, can weather forecasts for current and future three days, can be found walking travel route query between the two places and the surrounding accommodation, catering, entertainment and other related information, in the streets, satellite and traffic between the three modes of map conversion;(2) GPS positioning: this system can obtain the current position information of tourists, can set area before entering or leaving to the music reminds, the path, tourists through the average velocity information is saved to the database, available for viewing and animation playback;(3) Take pictures:the subsystem can at any time to take pictures and save to SD memory card, can preview of photos to form of gallery, timely upload photos to network, share travel scenery and fun with friends.
