The Research And Reality Of Fixed Assets System Based On Workflow

This thesis designed a set of fixed assets management system based workflow with the requirement of secrecy related to army aiming to solve the problems of too many kinds, large scale, regional dispersion, non-normative management in Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College.On the basis of survey of current situation in the fixed assets management in Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College, Analyzing the requirement of fixed assets management and extracting the procedures and regulations of different kinds of fixed assets management and improving them reasonably, it presents the possibility and necessity of fixed assets management system based workflow. In the aspect of system design, the thesis transforms the business requirement into the soft requirement and regulates the increasing process, allocation process, the disposal process, borrowing process with the technique of workflow. In the aspect of system construction, it combines the requirement and management idea based on workflow and designs the soft system construction based on the mixed model of C/S and B/S. In the aspect of system realization, it completes the associated operation and modeling and storage management during the transferring process such as various forms, conditional judgment, the process variables, set of the participants. Aiming to meet the requirement of secrecy, it adopts the technique of digital identity authentication based on UKey and user name/password and authorizations management based on user role to effectively ensure the information security of fixed assets related to secrecy.The thesis makes a comparision testing between the artificial static inspection and program dynamic tracking and meets the demand of fixed assets management. The practical application shows that it can integrate effectively the day-to-day management activities and the assets management system so as to achieve the goal of synchronization of substance information and system information management system, In addition, the system is also effective to find and solve the problem of accounting mismatch between the department of assets management and department of financial departments.
