Design And Implementation Of The Fixed Assets Management System In College Based On Workflow

With the computer applications as networks grow, to enhance administrativeefficiency and improve the management to modern requirements, people realized thedemands for degree of office automation are increasing. With the rapid development ofuniversities and colleges, fixed assets management of colleges is required to use moderninformation network technology, achieving the standard and efficient management toachieve the standard and efficient management.This paper surveyed the current status of the assets management in universities andcolleges, analyzed the work of business process, pointed out some existing problems,and discussed the necessity for researching and developing the fixed assets managementsystem. It analyzed the fixed assets management systems and workflow technologicalresearch and development trend, deeply researched the theories of the architecture ofworkflow management system, functions, interface and the workflow reference. And,introduced the WFMC workflow meta-model and the basic workflow patternscommonly used in development.With the fixed assets management system, the requirement is detailed analyzed onthe user management, assets and document management, common business process andcorresponding form data. And, it gives a design about structure and function based onworkflow. Based on the C/S and B/S comparison of advantages and disadvantages, thethree-tier B/S structure based web is used to the development of the system.This paper analyzed the detailed design and implementation of the system, includethe design of RBAC management, applying workflow technology to reconstruct thebusiness process with workflow patterns, the workflow process definition witch makethe business process executed concurrently, system management and monitoring, and bya detailed analysis of the business process design to present the flow how to run. And itdiscusses the implementation method of the persistent witch enhance the practicabilityof the system, and gives the design of database.A test was tested with the test case witch designed to simulate business process.And the results are as expected. At the end of the paper, it gives a summarization of thesystem, analyze the disadvantages and propose how to improve the system. Make clearof how to gradually improve the functions of the system.
