At present, Chinese publishing industry focus more on the operational publishing industrialization, but less on the academic publishing industry performance evaluation research. And it hasn’t formed a set of scientific performance appraisal system. To build ethnic publishing service performance indicators, not only can help to improve and develop the relevant performance management theories of our commonweal publishing houses, and to provide evaluation standards for their services performance and maximize the expression of the social benefit, but also can lead to better monitoring and controlling the ethnic publishing houses by country and society, as well as instructing the adjustment of their future development and management mode in order to improve the capacity of their public culture services.In the research, this thesis adopts the methods of observation, literature analysis. Literature on China’s ethnic minorities were analyzed and summarized published, Combined with the characteristics of minority publishing, publishing services to build a performance evaluation system of minority.This paper is divided into six parts.
