The Research Of Status And Development Of Minority Language Books Published In Yunnan Province

Book publishing of minority ethnic languages is a social activity,it refers that with minority ethnic languages as the main writing symbols,editing processing the excellent culture information etc. of minority ethnic and other nationalities,then through the form of books and publications to the public who use minority ethnic languages issuance. It is not only the important aspect of our country’s national work, but also an important part of our country’s publishing work,also relate to the overall situation of our country’s public culture construction project. Research and improve the work of minority language publishing,for national stability and unity in China,the cultural protection and inheritance has very important significance. In southwest frontier region of yunnan province,34provinces and cities in our country,not only there are more ethnic composition and languages types,but also the distribution is quite complex,so the meaning that study the book publishing’s development situation and strategies of minority ethnic languages in yunnan region are more highlights.This paper discussed that in historical background of The Chinese Communist Party promote vigorous development and enrichment of socialist culture,located in the southwest border multi-ethnic province of Yunnan,in the prosperous culture and seize the opportunities brought about by the bridgehead strategy,how to promote the development of the various ethnic minority languages book publishing. By combing the development situation of the minority ethnic’s population and languages in yunnan province,the support policies for development of minority ethnic languages from china,yunnan province and the community since the founding of New China,learn an overview of of minority ethnic languages’s book publishing in Yunnan province. In the form of interviews and consulting document,obtained date on yunnan province minority ethnic publishing units,books’ supply and distribution,summarize some conclusions. They include awareness deviation in the supply chain,backward on system and mechanism,the funding gap,lack of human resources,theme configuration is not optimal; in book distribution link of book purchasing power is low,minority ethnic readers shrink,minority ethnic population’s quality is not high,ethnic areas’is filled with foreign books,and because of the traffic inconvenience and branches thin and issuing difficult and so on. Finally,in order to achieve further development of yunnan minority ethnic languages’s publishing,this paper mainly from six aspects put forward development countermeasure and the suggestion:publishing’s development direction,reform traditional management mode,the double supporting measures of funding and policy,resource integration,culture minority ethnic edit backbone, diversity training minority people good to reading habits. Hopes to ease slim of the minorities ethnic languages publishing market prospect in Yunnan,for other frontier province developing minority ethnic languages publishing industry to provide certain value of theory and practice basis.
