Study On Xinjiang Minority Language Publishing In The Digital Environment

Chinese minority language publishing is an important subsystem ofnational publication system and it is also an important part of Chinese minoritywork. Ever since the federal republic was founded, our party and state havebeen always highly valuing Chinese minority work and positioning it on thepublic welfare publishing, putting it into public service system of national pressand publication. With the improvement and universal application of Internettechnology and mobile communications technology, the obvious change ofnational reading habit and the environment, Chinese digital publishing industryis entering into a high-speed development stage. Chinese minority languagepublishing also begins to face the opportunities and challenges of the digitaltransition in this digital environment. Xinjiang Minority Language Publishinghas been comprehensively and systematically studied in this dissertationwhich is representative. The study has included five Chapters:Chapter 1 are the introductions of method , importance , coreconception and background of this study with a literature review of otherformer studies on Minority Language Publishing of China.Chapter 2 has discussed the present situation , features and difficulties ofhome Minority Language Publishing and analyzed the influences from digitaltechniques on it.Chapter 3 has specifically studied digital techniques advantages inXinjiang Minority Language Publishing and it is a evolutional change andopportunity for Xinjiang Minority Language Publishing.Some searching and cases have been showed have been showed in theforth Chapter.The countermeasures and recommendation of Xinjiang MinorityLanguage Publishing have been discussed in the final part through publishinghouse and government views.
