Research On Evaluation Of The Operation And Maintenance Service Management Architecture In SG Mobile Communication Corporation

With the continuous development of the telecom companies, network operation andmaintenance of the quality of service is also facing new opportunities and challenges. Inparticular, in the context of enterprise transformation and network change, the scientificevaluation of network operation and maintenance of the quality of service management hasbecome increasingly important, research and evaluation telecom operation and maintenanceof the quality of service management has become the priority of the telecom companies. Inthis paper, the main research for SG mobile network operation and maintenance servicemanagement quality assessment system, operation and maintenance service managementsystem through the establishment of integrated assessment models, supported by scientificevaluation index system, SG mobile network operation and maintenance service managementquality assessment programs.In this paper, a telecommunications network operation and maintenance managementtheory, by SG mobile network operation and maintenance service management situation andexisting problems were analyzed, and then use the survey analysis, statistical andmathematical analysis to design a strong operational quality impact assessment index systemand evaluation model.
