With the advancement of medical information services in our country, electronic medical record has become an important part of hospital information system. As time goes on, lots of hospital information systems are formed with a large quantity of patient information. How to share the resource sufficiently and reasonably, which is urgently to solve. In traditional medical institutions, the image information, clinic information, health care information of patients and others are dispersed in different systems. These information are repeated, and it has a plenty of inaccurate information, even some is wrong. The presence of these problems may lead to unreasonable use of drug in the process of medical services and repetitive medical tests, even lead to a doctor make wrong judgment. The storage and exchange of electronic medical record provides effective solution for these problems. Both from theory and practice, this paper expounds the design and the realization of electronic medical record which is based on SSH framework. This system uses MyEclipse8.5development platform by Java programming language, the browser/server architecture model, the XML technology, SSH framework and HL7network protocol. This system is set up by patients, medical staff, hospitals, departments as entity relationship model, according to the J2EE MVC three-layer system structure to design. Finally it introduces the patient’s basic information exchange between hospital information system and electronic medical records. In summary, the design and implementation of electronic medical records will aid to realize the realized "patient-centered" information system, and the medical records data could exchange and share efficiently in hospital information system, which tends to upgrade the consistency and accuracy of medical records data in hospital information subsystem, so it has laid a good foundation to make the right clinical decision by the doctor. Therefore, this article has a certain practical significance of the hospital internal integration of distributed information resources and will contribute to improve the medical service quality and efficiency.
