Because of a long waiting time due to the large number of patients in City People's Hospital,communication with doctors was too short to be understood,and the treatment process was complicated,so the patients reflected with bad clinic experience.In order to improve the management level,the hospital implemented an electronic medical record system,which also created conditions for further improving the quality of medical care.The quality control of electronic medical records is an important means to improve hospital medical quality.With the wide application of electronic medical records,the hospital is very concerned about the real-time quality monitoring of electronic medical records,so City People's Hospital hopes to establish an electronic medical record quality control management system through information technology.The main contributions of the paper include introducing the background and basic situation of the development of electronic medical records,having completed requirements definition and business process analysis according to the results of the business needs analysis of the electronic medical record quality control management system of City People's Hospital,carrying out the detailed outline design work with UML modeling language and making a detailed design for the database and function modules.After completing the design work,it is necessary to develop the system function,display the core page diagrams of different modules and some of the implemented code fragments.In addition,according to the software testing theory,proposing the targeted testing of functionality and systematicness of the electronic medical record quality control management system.The electronic medical record quality control management system selects the mainstream B/S browser and server model,follows MVC object-oriented approach,completes the development of functions with SSH framework and Shiro rights framework,and uses Nginx reverse proxy server for the deployment.The quality control personnel of the electronic medical record quality control management system makes requests to the system with the help of jsp and html pages on the browser,and passes requests to the background server.Through the definition of Struts.xml,the requests jump to the corresponding Action,and they will be handled with logic by the help of the Service of the Spring Framework.The specific DAO is mapped by Hibernate,and is responsible for the interaction of the quality control data in the same database.MySql is the database to store the core data.The electronic medical record quality control management system mainly implements functions of quality control maintenance,link/ending quality control,medical process management,medical record management,hospital core management,and special patient/event monitoring.Quality control maintenance is used to maintain and process quality control classification,quality control subcategories,and quality control scoring items.Link/ending quality control is responsible for querying and scoring the link/ending medical record scoring,quality control records,medical record defects,quality control workflows,and project completion rates.Medical process management contains maintaining key words of patient records,task items,message configurations,and task events.Medical record management provides processing operations such as recalling,locking and unlocking the medical records.Hospital core management mainly provides inquiries about core data such as consultation patients,surgical patients,critical patients,patients with incomplete records,and death patients.Special patient/event monitoring provides quality control personnel with access to special patients and special events such as difficult medical records,low body temperatures,and specific conditions.The application of the electronic medical record quality control management system can greatly shorten the time for outpatient doctors to write medical records and give advice,improve the work efficiency of medical staff,and reduce errors.And the monitoring of outpatient pharmacy inventory can prompt the stockless drugs to avoid more round trips between clinics and pharmacies,which can improve the clinic experience for patients and their families.
