| The21st century is the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge management is a management model on the rise of the knowledge economy era. University Library for the use of the concept of knowledge management has commenced. But facing the increasingly fierce competition trends, university libraries must improve their core competitiveness, namely knowledge service capabilities and innovation, knowledge of how to improve the library service capabilities with innovation? Forefront of contemporary Western management theory-the theory of learning organization, the writer provides a new perspective and methods. That is how the university library building on the basis of the knowledge management learning organization and sublimation of the role of knowledge management could reach librarian personal capabilities and libraries dual objectives of sustainable development. It is worth exploring.This article is based on University Library as the research object, using a systematic approach, literature review method, qualitative research methods and quantitative analysis in combination as the goal to build a learning library, the University Library to enhance sustainable development in economic times core competitiveness. Beginning with a brief overview of the theory of knowledge management and learning organization, discussing the necessity and feasibility of knowledge management and learning organization of library use, the paper is to analyze the logical relationship between the two by referring to two learning organization model and specific case studies, combined with the actual situation of the university library, the two lines Construction of learning Library, three levels (a personal level, the organizational level, the system level) and five ways elements (management, technical, organizational, knowledge, personnel), and sketched out the ideal construction path of learning type library. Established through the knowledge base of individuals and organizations, the paper realize the library knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer, knowledge innovation and knowledge services.To have a brief overview of the implementation of learning library.In the aspect of the theoretical value, this paper enriches library management theory to provide a theoretical basis for the library; aspects of application value, helps to provide a reference to the use of college knowledge management theory with the creation of the learning organization path. |
